Engineering and Construction

The bracket is the part that has to last. We supply powder-coated steel and marine-grade stainless brackets in 30, 45, and 90 degree configurations, with wall plates drilled for masonry, concrete, or curtain-wall fixings and supplied with the appropriate anchors. Poles are anodised aluminium in 1.2m to 2.5m lengths with a ball or spear finial and, where the flag should turn freely, an anti-wrap rotating sleeve that keeps the fabric from winding around the mast in swirling wind.

Printing, Fabric and Colour

Flags are dye-sublimated on 155gsm to 210gsm polyester with reinforced hems and either a sewn pole sleeve or a grommeted header depending on the mounting method. For facades where the flag is seen from both sides at close range, we build a true double-sided flag with a blockout interlayer so the reverse reads correctly. Colour is matched to your brand standards and proofed before production, and we can produce seasonal variants on the same hardware.

Typical installations include a run of matched flags along a hotel frontage, alternating national and corporate flags at a head office, banner-style flags on lamp columns and building columns in retail districts, and single flags marking clinic and embassy entrances. Artwork, Proofing and Design Support

Most problems with printed wall mounted flags start in the artwork file, not on the press. Our studio prepares every job to a production template that accounts for hem allowance, sleeve or header intake, seam placement, and the safe area where nothing critical should sit. Durability in UAE Conditions

The Gulf is one of the harshest environments in the world for outdoor print. Surface temperatures on an exposed forecourt regularly exceed sixty degrees, ultraviolet levels are high for most of the year, coastal humidity and salt attack metal fittings, and shamal winds carry abrasive sand that scours fabric and fades cheap inks in weeks. We specify accordingly: UV-stable sublimation inks rather than direct-print pigment, knitted and woven polyester rated for continuous outdoor exposure rather than indoor display fabric, UV-resistant stitching thread, and anodised, powder-coated, or stainless hardware rather than bare mild steel. We also give realistic service-life guidance instead of optimistic marketing claims, so you can plan replacement cycles and budget for them. Where a client needs maximum longevity we will recommend a heavier fabric and explain the trade-off in how the flag flies; where a client needs a flag for a single weekend we will not oversell a specification they do not need.

Care, Storage and Reuse

Wall Mounted Flags last considerably longer when they are looked after. Rinse dust off with fresh water before it grinds into the weave, wash at thirty degrees with a mild detergent and no bleach or fabric softener, and air-dry in shade rather than in direct sun or a tumble dryer. Store fabric rolled rather than folded where space allows, because permanent creases in a flag are visible in photographs even after it has been flown for hours. Inspect hems, grommets, and stitching at the end of each deployment and repair small failures immediately; a two-centimetre split at the fly edge becomes a shredded flag in a single windy afternoon. Hardware benefits from the same attention — check collar locks, base bolts, and swivel clips before each use, and rinse salt off any component that has been near the coast. We supply carry bags with most systems and can quote replacement fabric separately so you reuse the hardware you already own.
