Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on the product and quantity. We also offer same-day and next-day rush services for urgent requirements at a nominal surcharge.
Yes! Our in-house design team can assist with layout, artwork preparation, and creative design. We also accept print-ready files in PDF, AI, PSD, and other standard formats.
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, we recommend vector formats (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG) with 300 DPI resolution and CMYK color mode.
Yes, we offer delivery across Dubai and the wider UAE. Local Dubai deliveries are available free of charge for qualifying orders. We also support international shipping on request.
Absolutely. We provide physical samples and digital mock-ups for approval before proceeding with full production. This ensures you're completely satisfied with colors, materials, and finishing.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments. All online payments are processed securely. Corporate accounts with credit terms are available for recurring clients.
Minimum quantities vary by product. Many of our digital printing products can be ordered from as little as 1 piece. Contact us for specific product minimums.
Yes. We provide dedicated corporate accounts with preferential pricing, priority production, credit terms, and a dedicated account manager for businesses with recurring printing needs.
Once your order is in production, our team will provide regular updates via email or WhatsApp. You'll be notified when your order is ready for delivery or collection.
