By accessing and using the PrintStack website (printstack.ae), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Services

PrintStack, a subsidiary of Forton General Trading LLC, provides printing, branding, signage, and related services in the UAE. All orders are subject to our confirmation and availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of completion. Custom orders are non-refundable once approved for production.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of PrintStack / Forton General Trading LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Client-Supplied Artwork

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any artwork, logos, or images submitted for printing. PrintStack is not liable for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrintStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
